Vehicle fees are the price of the car only. They cover the car from the time it’s delivered to the time it’s returned. Vehicle fees are determined by the model, the make, and the trim of each individual car. The cost includes insurance, maintenance costs, warranty, and roadside assistance. Each vehicle fee covers the 30 days ahead, but after your first month in a car, we’ll prorate any vehicle fees we collected for unused time if you end up returning the car midway through a billing period.
Subscription fees are collected for each month you’re on the platform, with lower fees when you choose a longer subscription length. Your subscription includes access to our great customer service support 7 days a week. Plus, you can swap to a different car or skip a month or two of having a car at all.
If you choose to add a mileage package for more than the standard 500 miles, you’ll be charged a mileage package fee that includes rollover miles, overage alerts, and the ability to change your subscription at any time!
