With Canvas, you always have options. When you return your vehicle with us you have two options, you can either remain subscribed or you can cancel your subscription entirely. These options are very different from each other so we’ll take a moment to explain.
If you choose to remain subscribed, you’ll only be responsible for the subscription fee during the months you’re not using a car. Because a Canvas subscription allows you to save more with a longer commitment period, we allow you the flexibility to take a break from your vehicle and associated fees while still enjoying the value a longer commitment affords.
When you're ready to get a car again, your subscription enables you to easily select another car from our inventory. Reassess your mileage needs if you like, and schedule your new vehicle delivery. You’ll pay a $99 new vehicle fee when you select your next car, ensuring your ride is in tip-top shape upon delivery. Moving forward, until your next desired month without a car, you’ll again pay the mileage fee and vehicle fee.
Choosing this option allows you to save money with a longer subscription commitment and by avoiding cancellation fees.
Cancel your subscription-
Your second option is to cancel your subscription entirely upon returning your vehicle. Keep in mind there will be a cancellation fee assessed if you cancel your subscription before its end. Your cancellation fee will be unique depending on the original subscription length you selected and the remaining time left on your subscription at the time of cancellation. Remember, your car must be returned with at least ¾ tank of gas as well as all keys given at the time of delivery or an additional charge will be incurred. Also, you can schedule your return conveniently from your customer dashboard.
