Absolutely! We understand that your needs may change. If you need to upgrade or downgrade your mileage package after you've received your car, you can do so by logging in to the customer portal and selecting the “Change Mileage Plan” option
For upgrades, we will retroactively apply the upgrade to start at the beginning of the billing period to make sure you get all the miles you need. For downgrades, we will apply the change beginning the next billing cycle.
Oh, and we forgot to mention that unused miles do roll over month to month. Your miles will never go to waste.
