Yes! We understand life happens – needs change. If you need to change your mileage package after you've received your car, log into your Canvas dashboard then, from your Account page, click “Change Mileage Plan”.
Your upgrade changes will retroactively apply to your current billing period so those extra miles are available immediately - we thought you'd appreciate that. When you downgrade, changes will only go into effect beginning on your next billing cycle.
When you stay in your car, your unused miles will roll-over, however, when you receive a different car on our platform, your miles will not. If you want to change your mileage package before your originally selected car is delivered, please contact us 24 hrs before delivery.
