In the event that damage is found during the return process, the Canvas agent handling the return will point out the damage that is outside of normal wear and tear. The car will then be taken to the Canvas warehouse to determine the cost of the repair. Once the costs have been determined, they will be added to your final, close-out invoice (within 30 days of the return).
