Needing to schedule a return? No problem - contact us and we’ll help you arrange it. After scheduling your return with us, one of our delivery agents will meet you at the address you provided our customer service team. Should you need to make a change, please contact us at least 7 calendar days before your appointment, we'll be happy to help.
Remember, your car must be returned with at least ¾ tank of gas as well as all keys given at the time of delivery or an additional charge will be incurred.
Here’s what you can typically expect of the return process:
- A Canvas agent will meet you at a previously designated address and they will check your ID.
(Note: your friends or family can’t complete the return for you.)
- Our agent then conducts an initial inspection to ensure that the car is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered, taking into consideration normal wear and tear.
(A final inspection will be completed at the warehouse.)
- You then sign the termination documents, and the agent will return the car to Canvas.
